librsplib-dev software package provides headers of the RSerPool client/server API library rsplib, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install librsplib-dev
librsplib-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the librsplib-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep librsplib-dev *
You will get with librsplib-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
